At Labyrinth Designs Studio, we are committed to providing quality craftsmanship and a clear, professional customer experience.

Please review our full Terms & Conditions before placing an order. These terms outline our policies regarding made-to-order products, custom embroidery, personal use and commercial resale, digitizing services, intellectual property, payments, cancellations, shipping and other important conditions of service. By placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions. A link to our Terms and Conditions can be found on the footer of our website.

Personal Use, Resale and Photography Policy

Our products are handcrafted and made with care in the U.S.A by Labyrinth Designs. Our products listed in our online shop are created for personal use and are not intended to be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale. Customers may not represent our embroidery craftmanship designs, or products as their own. We prohibit mass purchasing or repeatedly purchasing products for unauthorized commercial re-sale. If you are interested in bulk purchasing or another legitimate business arrangement, please contact us directly for custom bulk orders.

Photography & Website Content

All photographs displayed on our website, social media, and other official platforms are the property of Labyrinth Designs or are used with appropriate permission. Our photography may not be copied, downloaded, edited, altered, or used for another business or commercial purpose without our prior written permission. Our watermarks or logos may not be removed.

Right to Refuse Service

At Labyrinth Designs, we reserve the right to refuse service, decline an order, cancel an order, or discontinue service to any customer when we determine that doing so is appropriate for our business. We may refuse service or cancel an order for any reasons including, but not limited to:

Failure to follow our company policies or terms of service.

Purchase Limit

Due to the nature of our handcrafted business, some made-to-order items in our Shop listings may have a purchase limit unless otherwise specified in the listing.

Custom Orders, Personal Use & Commercial Resale Policy

Personal Use Only

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Labyrinth Designs Studio, all custom embroidery orders, digitizing services, and customized products are intended for the customer’s personal use only. Purchasing a custom product or digitizing service does not automatically grant permission for commercial use, wholesale distribution, or resale.

Commercial Use and Resale

  • Any intended commercial use, resale, wholesale distribution, or production of custom embroidered products for resale must be disclosed to and expressly approved by Labyrinth Designs Studio in advance. Commercial arrangements must be negotiated separately and agreed upon in writing before production begins. Labyrinth Designs Studio reserves the right to accept or decline any proposed commercial arrangement at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

  • Embroidery digitizing services are provided for use through Labyrinth Designs Studio unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Digitizing fees do not, by themselves, transfer ownership of any copyright or other intellectual property rights, nor do they automatically grant permission to reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit artwork or embroidery files. All applicable ownership rights, licenses, and usage restrictions remain subject to the rights held by their respective owners and the terms of any applicable agreement.

  • If customer provides a digitized embroidery file, logo, image, artwork, or other design for Labyrinth Designs Studio to embroider, you confirm that you own the copyright or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and authorizations to have the design reproduced on your requested item.

  • You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring that your supplied design may legally be reproduced for your intended use, including commercial use when applicable. You agree not to submit designs that infringe upon another party’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

  • Labyrinth Designs Studio reserves the right to request proof of authorization or decline any project when ownership or permission is unclear. By submitting your design, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for the rights associated with the supplied artwork or file.

  • Digitizing services are non-refundable

Unauthorized Commercial Use

  • Customers may not use custom embroidery services or products in a manner that violates the agreed terms of their order or applicable intellectual property rights. Any request for commercial production or resale must be submitted for approval before the order is accepted and production begins.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Labyrinth Designs Studio reserves the right to decline or cancel proposed orders that fall outside its stated business policies or applicable licensing restrictions, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual obligations. Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with the agreed order terms and applicable law.

Refund and Exchange Policy

All Made-to-Order Items Are Final Sale

We want you to love your purchase. Because our embroidered apparel is made to order specifically for each customer, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selected, ordering the wrong item, or any other reason unrelated to a defect or error on our part.

Please carefully review your order details, including item, size, color, embroidery design, and personalization, before completing your purchase. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about sizing and colors.

All personalized items, custom-ordered items, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in cases of a defect or an error made by us.

Digitizing Files and Artwork

Digitizing services are non-refundable

Defective or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrectly embroidered due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or error

If the issue is determined to be a defect or an error made by us, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other remedy at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Items where the wrong size was selected by the customer

  • Items where the wrong color was selected by the customer

  • Items ordered incorrectly by the customer

  • Items that no longer fit or are not the desired fit

  • Items where the customer has changed their mind

  • Personalized items

  • Custom-ordered items

  • Sale items

  • Items with custom or personalized embroidery, unless the item is defective or we made an error

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Please note: Minor variations in embroidery, thread placement, color, or appearance may occur due to the nature of embroidery and different fabric materials. These normal variations are not considered defects.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Exchange Policy and understand that all made-to-order, personalized, custom-ordered, and sale items are final sale.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Labyrinth Designs! Because our items are carefully handcrafted and made-to-order, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Shipping Zones

Labyrinth Designs currently ships exclusively to destinations within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to US territories.

2. Production & Processing Times

  • All products are made-to-order and handcrafted by us.

  • Our standard production lead time is up to 14 to 21 business days before your package is shipped.

  • This timeline excludes weekends and holidays.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

3. Shipping Methods & Packaging

  • Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items in your order to ensure accurate, fair pricing.

  • Packaging: To ensure your handcrafted items arrive safely, single clothing items or smaller goods are shipped in high-quality poly mailers. Orders containing multiple heavy garments or larger items will be securely shipped in boxes.

4. Carrier Liability, Delays, and Damages

  • Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Labyrinth Designs is not responsible or liable for transit delays, weather disruptions, lost or stolen packages, or damages caused during transit.

  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

5. Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to change the destination once production is complete and the label is printed. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to resend the package.
