SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for supporting Labyrinth Designs! Because our items are carefully handcrafted and made-to-order, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Shipping Zones

Labyrinth Designs currently ships exclusively to destinations within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.

2. Production & Processing Times

  • All products are made-to-order and handcrafted by us.

  • Our standard production lead time is from 3 to 21 business days before your package is shipped.

  • This timeline excludes weekends and holidays.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

3. Combined Shipping:

  • Orders containing items with different production timelines will ship together when the item with the longest lead time is complete.

  • To receive a product with a shorter production time within the given timeframe, please place a separate order for it.

4. Shipping Methods & Packaging

  • Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items in your order to ensure accurate, fair pricing.

  • Packaging: To ensure your handcrafted items arrive safely, single clothing items or smaller goods are shipped in high-quality poly mailers. Orders containing multiple heavy garments or larger items will be securely shipped in boxes.

  • Packages are shipped with insurance.

5. Carrier Liability, Delays, and Damages

  • Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Labyrinth Designs is not responsible or liable for transit delays, weather disruptions, lost or stolen packages, or damages caused during transit.

  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

6. Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to change the destination once production is complete and the label is printed. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to resend the package.
