Welcome to Labyrinth Designs. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website or purchasing our products. By accessing our site and buying our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Made-to-Order & Production Lead Times

All products offered by Labyrinth Designs are handcrafted and made-to-order.

  • Production Timeline: Our standard production lead time is up to 14 to 21 business days from the date your order is placed.

  • Exclusions: This timeline strictly excludes weekends and holidays.

  • Because each item is personally created, production times are estimates and may fluctuate slightly during peak seasons.

2. All Sales Final (No Cancellations, No Refunds)

Because our apparel and goods are made-to-order specifically for you, we enforce a strict purchasing policy:

  • No Cancellations: Once an order is submitted, the production process begins, and the order cannot be canceled or modified.

  • No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

  • Defects: In the rare event that an item arrives with a structural defect in our workmanship, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof so we can evaluate the issue.

3. Product Customization Rules

For any items offering personalized text:

  • Customization is strictly limited to the character limits stated on the product page.

  • You are entirely responsible for ensuring the correct spelling, capitalization, and formatting at checkout. We will embroider exactly what you provide.

  • Labyrinth Designs reserves the right to refuse and refund any customization request that contains profane, offensive, or copyright-infringed material.

4. Custom Orders, Personal Use & Commercial Resale Policy

Personal Use Only

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Labyrinth Designs Studio, all custom embroidery orders, digitizing services, and customized products are intended for the customer’s personal use only. Purchasing a custom product or digitizing service does not automatically grant permission for commercial use, wholesale distribution, or resale.

Commercial Use and Resale

  • Any intended commercial use, resale, wholesale distribution, or production of custom embroidered products for resale must be disclosed to and expressly approved by Labyrinth Designs Studio in advance. Commercial arrangements must be negotiated separately and agreed upon in writing before production begins. Labyrinth Designs Studio reserves the right to accept or decline any proposed commercial arrangement at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

  • Embroidery digitizing services are provided for use through Labyrinth Designs Studio unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Digitizing fees do not, by themselves, transfer ownership of any copyright or other intellectual property rights, nor do they automatically grant permission to reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit artwork or embroidery files. All applicable ownership rights, licenses, and usage restrictions remain subject to the rights held by their respective owners and the terms of any applicable agreement.

  • If customer provides a digitized embroidery file, logo, image, artwork, or other design for Labyrinth Designs Studio to embroider, you confirm that you own the copyright or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and authorizations to have the design reproduced on your requested item.

  • You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring that your supplied design may legally be reproduced for your intended use, including commercial use when applicable. You agree not to submit designs that infringe upon another party’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

  • Labyrinth Designs Studio reserves the right to request proof of authorization or decline any project when ownership or permission is unclear. By submitting your design, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for the rights associated with the supplied artwork or file.

    Unauthorized Commercial Use

  • Customers may not use custom embroidery services or products in a manner that violates the agreed terms of their order or applicable intellectual property rights. Any request for commercial production or resale must be submitted for approval before the order is accepted and production begins.

  • Digitizing services are non-refundable

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Labyrinth Designs Studio reserves the right to decline or cancel proposed orders that fall outside its stated business policies or applicable licensing restrictions, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual obligations. Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with the agreed order terms and applicable law.

5. Payment Terms

We accept credit card payments securely through our website check-out process. Your card will be charged immediately upon placing the order. Production on your item will not begin until the payment has fully cleared.

6. Shipping & Delivery Boundaries

  • Shipping Zone: Labyrinth Designs currently ships exclusively to destinations within the continental United States.

  • Carrier Liability: Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Labyrinth Designs is not responsible or liable for carrier transit delays, lost or stolen packages, or damages incurred during transit.

  • Address Accuracy: Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

7. Intellectual Property & Design Ownership

All content displayed on this website—including website layout, graphics, text, logos, custom photographic arrangements, and product imagery—is the property of Labyrinth Designs or used under valid license from third-party creators. Customers are granted no rights to copy, reproduce, distribute, or digitally replicate any artwork, design layouts, or physical products featured on this site without our express written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

Labyrinth Designs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
