All Made-to-Order Items Are Final Sale

Because our embroidered apparel is made to order specifically for each customer, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selected, ordering the wrong item, or any other reason unrelated to a defect or error on our part.

Please carefully review your order details, including item, size, color, embroidery design, and personalization, before completing your purchase.

All personalized items, custom-ordered items, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in cases of a defect or an error made by us.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrectly embroidered due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the defect or error

If the issue is determined to be a defect or an error made by us, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other remedy at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Items where the wrong size was selected by the customer

• Items where the wrong color was selected by the customer

• Items ordered incorrectly by the customer

• Items that no longer fit or are not the desired fit

• Items where the customer has changed their mind

• Personalized items

• Custom-ordered items

• Sale items

• Items with custom or personalized embroidery, unless the item is defective or we made an error

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Please note: Minor variations in embroidery, thread placement, color, or appearance may occur due to the nature of embroidery and different fabric materials. These normal variations are not considered defects.
